Miss Voon faced a significant challenge in her lunch service: How would one deal with an increased influx of guests while offering a high level of service, especially at the outdoor dining. The increased influx of guests created a need to be able to efficiently and smoothly manage the flow of guests while maintaining the high level of service and food quality for which they are known.
To deal with the challenge, Miss Voon chose to implement Karma Order & Pay, a system that optimizes the ordering and payment process. Karma was seamlessly integrated with the existing Trivec POS system, contributing to more efficient service and more satisfied guests. In addition, the average bill increased thanks to the fact that guests could order more themselves at the rate they wanted themselves.
