The short version
Too Good To Go is built around the surprise. You buy a bag at a low price, and the contents depend on what happened to be left over. Karma is built as a complete food companion: you see exact dishes with prices, and order and pay in the app at connected restaurants. Rescuing surplus food is one part of the app, not the whole app.
