Plans for your restaurant

The Free plan gives you access to core Karma features including basic menu management, order handling, and essential reporting. It's a great way to get started and explore the platform before committing to a paid tier.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll have access to new features right away. Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing period, after the notice period for your current plan has passed.

Your plan switches instantly. You'll be billed for the new plan starting from the next invoice cycle. A commitment window is set (typically to the end of the current month) so you stay on the new plan for at least one full billing period.

Paid plans require 30 days notice before a downgrade takes effect. When you request a downgrade, we calculate the earliest possible effective date based on your notice period and commitment window, and schedule the change for the first billing period after that date. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade any time before it takes effect.

Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month. Fixed plan fees are charged in advance for the coming month; metered usage (e.g. AI tokens, SMS) is billed in arrears based on the previous month's consumption. You'll receive an invoice by email and can view all past invoices in your Karma admin.

We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure card-on-file system. You can add or change your card at any time in your Karma admin. Larger accounts can also be invoiced via Fortnox.

No setup fees and no cancellation fees. The POS agreement runs for at least 36 months, and after that the notice period in your contract applies. We go through the terms with you before you sign, so you know exactly what applies to your setup.

Overages are automatically calculated and added to your next monthly invoice. You'll only ever pay for what you actually use. If you consistently go over your included limits, upgrading to a higher plan is often more cost-effective.

Yes. Each location has its own subscription, but parent locations can cover child locations under a single consolidated subscription. Usage is aggregated across all covered locations and billed together, making it easy to manage a group of restaurants.
