Il Molo is the restaurant for anyone who loves Italian food. Il Molo has used Karma since the start, and we had the great honour of talking to restaurant manager Kattis Fridell to get a glimpse into their business and how Karma helped them cut their food waste by 90%.
Do you like delicacies inspired by Italy? Then this is the place to go. Here you can enjoy everything from Italian pastries, sandwiches, pizza, pasta and charcuterie to, of course, plenty of good wines, Kattis explains. Il Molo opened its doors in April 2017 in Gallerian in Stockholm. Kattis Fridell says she runs it together with her boyfriend: he is in the kitchen while she is out in the restaurant. The inspiration for the restaurant's name comes from their other restaurant Piren on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. "Il Molo is Italian and means pier in Swedish".
