Technicians on site
You shouldn't have to install a POS system yourself, or sort it out over a video call in the middle of lunch. We send a technician out to the venue.
The hardware. The technician wires up tills, payment terminals and kitchen printers, makes sure they talk to each other and tests the whole flow before the first guest arrives: an order goes in, the ticket reaches the kitchen, the payment clears and the receipt prints. If the hardware you already run holds up we use it, otherwise we bring ours.
The menu. We build the menu together with you, with your prices, modifiers and categories, so the quick keys sit where your staff expect them rather than where a manual thinks they belong. Staff walk through their own most common actions with the technician in the room: splitting a bill, opening a tab, discounts, refunds and end of day.
Afterwards. We don't leave when the installation is done. We stay through the start-up and the first services, which is exactly when something usually needs adjusting. After that support takes over in Swedish, around the clock, and as a POS customer you reach us by phone rather than writing and waiting.
Being local. We are based in Stockholm, so the trip out to you is short. When something goes wrong we can often come out the same day rather than next week, and we already know your setup because we installed it. Open a second site in town and we bring the same setup there, so everything lines up from day one.

Karma is used across the city and in very different operations: sushi and Asian food in K25, cafés at Nytorget and in Hammarby Sjöstad, an office hotel on Kungsgatan and restaurants on Södermalm. Eight of the kitchens in K25 run Karma, which turns the whole food hall into one platform instead of eight separate tills.

What happens to the food left over?+
